I was wondering if someone put this motherboard ( https://escootparts.com/product/n1s-mot ... grammable/ ) into our beloved Sli5 the speed would be better ?

The Niu N Pro and Sli5 have pretty much the SAME specs (both 3000w motors, both 60v battery etc..)
someone enlighten me haha

Ist das die Umschaltung "öffentliche Straße" / "abgesperrte Rennstrecke" oder etwas spezielles für NIU?
Bzw. Braucht der S5 / SLi5 das ebenfalls?

So weit ich weiß, braucht man da gar nichts zusätzlich. Ich habe diesen Controller von DunStore aus CN ja auch schon fast ein Jahr bei mir herumliegen. Jemand anderes hier aus dem Forum hat ihn auch schon programmiert und eingebaut.

Funktioniert so weit - bis auf den Tacho, die Ständer- und Parkfunktion und evtl. noch ein paar andere Nebensächlichkeiten. Der tote Tacho war für mich der Grund, den Controller gleich gar nicht einzubauen.

Das Zusatzkästchen braucht man für den Nui. Es simuliert den alten Controller.

Our assessment: You only need the (open) LBMC72182 (without the NIU-Box) to adjust/increase the maxiumum speed of the L5 (for tests on private roads) to (non-EU-L1e-conform) motor limit.
There may be a problem with speed indication on the display, if the controller data protocol could not be switched.
